Petra Flagner
Petra has been with Lidl Czech Republic's Technical Purchasing department since 2014. Together with her team, she manages the procurement of non-commercial goods and services essential for the seamless operation of stores, warehouses, and administrative offices. Since 2018, she has been leading the department, overseeing purchasing processes, tendering, contracts, and the ordering system. Her career was enriched by a year-long assignment at Lidl Germany in Bad Wimpfen, where she participated in a project focused on the centralization of non-commercial goods procurement and simultaneously implemented a tool for tendering processes. This centralization initiative is now being implemented at Lidl Czech Republic. In her free time, Petra enjoys spending time with her daughter, engaging in modern dance, and running.
